My daughter, Sophia, has been my yoga partner since she was three years old. Now she has replaced me. She has a new yoga partner… a baby goat! This was our first shot at goat yoga on the Stenner Farm. Bonnie and Clyde, our newest twin goats, were born just three short weeks ago.
A garden gate trellis is the perfect addition to any farm or neighborhood yard. This spring we tackled the DIY garden gate trellis, and you can build one too! As you know the Stenner Farm Herd grew this winter. In February we were blessed with triplet baby goats. Our herd grew from three to six goats overnight. It was time to build another goat fence and add a walk through gate. We have the perfect spot for the trellis gate at the end of our grape vines.
We are welcoming baby goats to the farm this month! The Stenner Farm raises mini nubian goats as well as chickens and bees. Gloriann is our oldest goat at three years old, and she is a trooper! After a long and cold winter here in Kansas City, she gave birth to three sweet little angels. After 20 hours of active labor, momma delivered one baby girl and two sweet boys.
Hey there, I’m Lana!
Most days you can find me teaching business in the University classroom or at home on the farm. I’m a wife to my Fireman husband and mom to 5 (raised 4 and just added a precious daughter in law)! We do life on a small farmstead in Kansas City, where we raise goats, chickens & bees. We are fixing up our 120 year old farmhouse one room at a time. I run on God’s grace, strong coffee & lots of KC BBQ. I’m wildly passionate about helping others build faith, family, the farm. Thanks for stopping by today. It’s a joy to have you here.
