Goats are pure Joy:
At the Grace Filled Homestead we raise mini nubian goats. They are the most precious animal with their spunky personalities and long ears. Nubians are also known for their amazing goat milk and cheese.

Goat Cheese on the Tray:
Goat cheese is a wonderful addition to a charcuterie board. It can be a bit tangy, so we decided to add fresh blueberries to sweeten up the spread.

Sweet Blueberry Goat Cheese Spread:
Slightly warm and soften 4 oz of goat cheese in bowl, so it has a creamy texture. We mix in a handful of blue berries and 1 Tbsp of powdered sugar for sweetness. Mix carefully and form in a roll or add to a small dish.

More Cheese Please:
I am a self proclaimed cheese addict and can’t imagine a charcuterie board without at least two different cheese options. To add patriotic cheese stars, we purchased provolone slices and cut out stars with a small cookie cutter.

Add all your Favorites:
Once you have your cheese in place, you can fill in the rest of your board with your favorite crackers, meat, fruit, olives and nuts. We can usually find most of the ingredients already stocked in our pantry or fridge. Our family loves the mixture of savory and sweet treats on the patriotic charcuterie board.

Simple & Special Get Togethers:
Having a get together just became simple and special. You will find most of your family and friends gathered around the charcuterie board nibbling on all the goodness. PIN for later
